What is Booksy and what is Palyri?
Booksy handles the booking: the schedule, the online calendar, confirmations, visit reminders and a marketplace where new clients look for a salon. Palyri works earlier, before anything is booked. It collects leads from ads and funnels, reminds reception to call, records the deposit and shows what a booked visit from each ad cost.
In short: Booksy answers when the client comes in. Palyri answers where she came from and what it cost. Palyri is not a booking system and does not take over your calendar. Bookings stay in Booksy.

When is Booksy alone enough?
Booksy alone is enough when your calendar fills from the marketplace, referrals and regular clients, and you do not pay for Facebook or Instagram ads. Then you have no leads that need a fast call and no ad budget to account for. An extra CRM would be a cost without a clear return.
When do you need Palyri and Booksy together?
You need both when you pay for Meta ads and some leads do not book by themselves. A form lead is a name and a phone number, not a visit in the calendar. Someone has to call, send an SMS, take a deposit and check which ads bring visits. Booksy takes the booking, Palyri handles everything before it.
- An ad sends the client to a Palyri funnel or a Meta lead form.
- The lead lands in Palyri and the Conversions API reports it to Meta.
- Reception gets an alert and calls from the browser or sends an SMS.
- The deposit is recorded on the lead and Meta gets the signal.
- The client books in Booksy via your profile link or the booking widget.
- Palyri statistics show cost per booking and revenue per campaign, ad set and creative.

No. Palyri is not a booking system and does not take over your calendar. Bookings, the schedule and visit reminders stay in Booksy. Palyri handles what happens before: leads from Meta ads, calling the client, the deposit, automated messages and statistics on the cost of a booked visit.
How much does Palyri cost?
Palyri has no public price list, every quote is individual. It depends on the number of locations, users, modules and SMS volume, and on whether you take the software alone or Palyri together with a client acquisition service. You get a quote after a short call or a free demo.
Does Palyri connect to my Booksy account?
Palyri imports your treatment price list from your public Booksy profile, and the funnel ends with your Booksy link or booking widget. Palyri does not change your Booksy calendar. When a client books, reception marks it in Palyri, so statistics show the cost of a booked visit from every ad.
