Guide to configuring and using the CRM system

Getting started

This guide will walk you through setting up {brand} from zero to your first lead. The whole thing takes about 1–2 hours.

Create your account and clinic

After registration you'll be asked to provide the clinic name and basic details. This creates your tenant — an isolated environment for your clinic.

  • Go to app.palyri.com and click 'Sign up'
  • Enter your email, password and clinic name
  • Confirm your email and log in
  • Fill in the clinic profile (name, city, specialisation)

Connect Meta Ads

The Meta Ads integration enables automatic lead import from Facebook Lead Ads forms. Takes about 5 minutes.

  • Go to Settings → Integrations
  • Click 'Connect Meta Ads'
  • Log in to Facebook and authorise {brand}
  • Select your fan page and lead forms
  • Save — leads will start importing automatically

Configure your sales funnel

The funnel consists of stages a lead passes through — from first contact to package purchase. You can customise it for your specialisation.

  • Go to CRM → Funnel settings
  • Default stages: New → Contact → Booked → Post-visit → Package
  • You can add your own stages or rename existing ones
  • Assign automatic actions to stages (e.g. follow-up after transition)

Add your first staff members

You can invite receptionists, doctors and managers. Each role has different permissions.

  • Go to Settings → Users
  • Click 'Invite user'
  • Enter their email and select a role: Receptionist, Doctor, Manager
  • The staff member will receive an invitation email
