Palyri is a CRM platform operated by Coldabry LLC designed for aesthetic and medical clinics. Clinics use Palyri to send automated SMS messages to patients who have provided explicit consent to receive such communications.
SMS messages sent through Palyri may include:
- Appointment reminders and confirmations
- Promotional offers and discount coupon expiration alerts
- Reactivation outreach for inactive patients
- Follow-up messages related to treatments or consultations
2. How Consent Is Collected
End users (patients) provide explicit consent to receive SMS messages before any messages are sent. Consent is collected through the web-based opt-in form on this page. Users must:
