Boulevard Pricing in 2026: Plans, Add-ons and What a Med Spa Really Pays

With Med Spa selected, Boulevard lists three Aesthetics plans from $179 to $374 per location a month billed annually, plus quote-only Enterprise. Here is what add-ons, monthly billing and payments add.

With Med Spa selected, Boulevard's pricing page lists Aesthetics Essentials at $179, Aesthetics Premier at $328 and Aesthetics Prestige at $374 per location per month billed annually (Premier and Prestige are a fall promo for new customers; regular $410 and $468), with Enterprise quote-only, as listed on 2026-10-24. In the worked example below, a single-location med spa with six providers that needs QuickBooks and ePrescribe pays $418 to $558 a month before card processing (forms and charting are listed in every Aesthetics plan).

Every figure here comes from Boulevard's pricing page or another named source, with the date it was checked. Boulevard pricing moves often (the Essentials plan changed in September 2026), so treat this as a dated snapshot, not a quote. Where Boulevard does not publish a number, this article says so instead of guessing.

How much does Boulevard cost in 2026?

Boulevard (BLVD) sells three published plans and one quote-only Enterprise plan. Its pricing page asks you to pick a business category, and the prices change with it. With Med Spa selected, the plans are called Aesthetics Essentials, Aesthetics Premier and Aesthetics Prestige; the Spa and Hair Salon views show Essentials at $143, Premier at $234 and Prestige at $328 instead (all as listed on 2026-10-24). The prices shown by default are annual billing, and Boulevard states that annual billing saves 10%.

Three details decide which plan a med spa can actually use:

  • The provider cap. Aesthetics Essentials covers up to 3 professionals, counted as bookable calendars. A fourth bookable provider pushes you to Premier; ask whether room or device calendars count toward the cap.
  • The location scope. Essentials is for "1 single location". Premier and Prestige are priced per location, so every added site adds a full subscription.
  • Forms and charting. Every Aesthetics plan lists "Powerful forms and charting" and "Photo markup and sign-off". In other category views only Prestige includes Forms.

The promo asterisk on Premier and Prestige reads: "Limited-time offer: Take advantage of our fall pricing. New customers only. Terms apply." The page does not say when the offer ends or what you pay at renewal, which is the first thing to ask on a sales call.

Why Boulevard pricing looks different on every site

Search for Boulevard pricing and you will see $140, $143, $159, $176, $179, $199, $293, $328, $410 and $468, often on the same results page. Most of these, per Boulevard and the PricingSaaS history, were correct at some point, but each one describes a different thing.

⚠️
Three prices you will see and what each means $179, $328, $374: current annual-billing prices of the Aesthetics plans in the Med Spa view; Premier and Prestige are fall promo prices for new customers (regular $410 and $468). $143, $234, $328: the same plan levels in the Spa and Hair Salon views. $140 / $176: Essentials before September 14, 2026, when the "Normally $176" reference price was removed.

The September 2026 Essentials change. For the default (Spa) view, according to PricingSaaS, on September 14, 2026 the "Essentials plan price rose from $140/mo to $143/mo per location, and its promotional 'Normally $176' reference price and discount asterisk were removed." At the same time free texts went from 100 to 250 a month, free email blasts from 500 to 1,000, and storage from 25 GB to 50 GB. Review listings and guides written before that date still show $140 or $176.

The regular prices behind the promo. In the Med Spa view, Aesthetics Premier shows "Normally $410" and Aesthetics Prestige "Normally $468"; in the Spa view, Premier shows "Normally $293" and Prestige "Normally $410" (pricing page). Sites that quote these are not wrong; they show the price without the fall offer.

The medspa landing page. Boulevard's medspa page says: "Boulevard pricing for medspas starts at $199/month with monthly billing or $179/month with annual billing." Both figures match Aesthetics Essentials on the main pricing page with Med Spa selected (monthly and annual billing), which covers up to 3 professionals at one location.

Third-party bundle figures. A guide by Pabau (a Boulevard competitor, last updated October 6, 2026) reports "a separate Aesthetics bundle for medspas at about $468 (or ~$421 on annual billing), all per multiple third-party sources." The $468 matches the regular price of Aesthetics Prestige in Boulevard's Med Spa view; the ~$421 is not on Boulevard's page.

Boulevard add-ons and usage fees

The subscription is only part of the bill. Boulevard lists six add-ons and usage charges on its pricing page, and two of them have no published rate.

Add-onPrice as listedBilled perIncluded in

Pricing as listed on 2026-10-24 (Boulevard).

What this means in practice:

  • Forms is "starting at" $65. The final price can be higher depending on configuration; get the exact figure for your form count.
  • Email overage is easy to model. A list of 4,000 clients emailed twice a month is 8,000 emails. On Premier that is 7,000 over the allowance, or $70 a month at $0.01 each. On Prestige it stays inside the 10,000 free.
  • Texting is the open question. Two-way texting with clients is daily work at a med spa front desk, and the per-text rate is not on the page. Ask for it, and ask whether received texts count against the 250 or 2,500 allowance.
  • ePrescribe scales with prescribers, not locations. Two prescribing providers means $90, which is $90 a month if billed monthly (confirm), regardless of how many sites you run.

Boulevard payment processing fees and Offset

Boulevard does not publish base card processing rates. The pricing page says rates are volume-based and invites you to bring a current processing statement, which means the rate is negotiated per practice.

It does publish one program: Boulevard Offset. Under Offset, clients pay a 3% fee on credit card transactions and the practice pays 1% to process.

Boulevard payments as listed on 2026-10-24
1% practice pays with Offset
3% client fee with Offset
Quote standard card rate

Example: assume a med spa runs $40,000 a month in credit card volume through Boulevard with Offset switched on. The practice pays 1% x $40,000 = $400 a month to process. Clients pay 3% x $40,000 = $1,200 a month in surcharges on top of their treatment prices. The $40,000 is an assumption for illustration, not a benchmark.

Before turning Offset on, check two things. First, card-network and state rules on surcharging, since what is allowed varies by state and by card type. Second, how your clients will react to a 3% line on a $600 filler appointment ($18 in this example), and whether the front desk can explain it without friction.

Third-party guides report standard rates of "~2.65% + 15¢ in person, ~3.65% + 15¢ online" (Pabau, October 2026). Boulevard does not publish these, so use them only as a starting point for negotiation and get your own rate in writing.

What a med spa really pays on Boulevard: a worked example

Example: a single-location med spa with these assumptions:

  • 1 location, annual billing.
  • Aesthetics plans, as shown with Med Spa selected.
  • 6 bookable providers, so Aesthetics Essentials and its 3-professional cap are ruled out.
  • 1 prescribing provider (ePrescribe x 1).
  • ePrescribe assumed billed monthly at $45; Boulevard's page does not state the period, so confirm.
  • No Forms add-on: every Aesthetics plan lists "Powerful forms and charting" (confirm on the quote).
  • QuickBooks sync for the bookkeeper.
  • Texts and emails stay inside the free allowance.

All prices from Boulevard's pricing page, pricing as listed on 2026-10-24.

ScenarioSubscriptionQuickBooksePrescribeMonthly totalYearly total
Aesthetics Premier, promo$328$45$45$418$5,016
Aesthetics Premier, regular$410$45$45$500$6,000
Aesthetics Prestige, promo$374$45$45$464$5,568
Aesthetics Prestige, regular$468$45$45$558$6,696

The arithmetic: Premier promo is 328 + 45 + 45 = $418 a month, x 12 = $5,016. Premier regular is 410 + 45 + 45 = $500, or $6,000 a year. Prestige promo is 374 + 45 + 45 = $464, or $5,568. Prestige regular is 468 + 45 + 45 = $558, or $6,696.

Example with stated assumptions, excludes card processing. Source: Boulevard pricing page (Med Spa selected), pricing as listed on 2026-10-24.
$418Aesthetics Premier promo, example
$558Aesthetics Prestige regular, example

Three things to read from this:

  • Premier is cheaper; the gap is the allowances. Aesthetics Prestige costs $46 more per month on promo and $58 more at regular prices, and adds ten times the free texts and emails and double the storage. If you text heavily, Prestige can come out cheaper once text fees are counted.
  • A second location roughly doubles the bill. Subscription and QuickBooks are per location. With the same single prescriber, Aesthetics Premier promo for two sites is 2 x (328 + 45) + 45 = $791 a month.
  • The totals are a floor. Card processing, onboarding, data import and card readers are not published. Third-party reviews report a one-time onboarding fee of about $495, data import from about $295 to $895, and a card reader at about $149 (Pabau, a competitor, October 2026). Boulevard's FAQ says a Duo point-of-sale purchase is needed to take payments; its price is not published. Ask Boulevard to confirm each in writing; they are not in the totals above.

Whether $418 to $558 a month is good value depends on what the software brings back in booked treatments. The Palyri ROI calculator is one way to check whether added software spend pays back at your lead volume and average ticket.

What to ask Boulevard before you sign

Boulevard's pricing page offers only "Get a demo" buttons, with no self-serve checkout, so several costs only come up on the sales call. Use this checklist on the call and ask for the answers in the written quote.

💡
Pre-signing checklist for Boulevard 1. Is our quote for an Aesthetics plan, and do room or device calendars count toward the provider cap?
2. How long does the fall promo price last, and what is the renewal price in year two?
3. Is there an onboarding or setup fee, and what does it include?
4. What does data import from my current system cost (clients, appointments, packages, memberships, forms)?
5. What are my card processing rates in person and online, in writing, and what volume discount applies?
6. What is the per-text rate, and do received texts count against the free allowance?
7. What is the contract length, and is there an early termination fee?
8. Which add-ons are billed per location if we open a second site?
9. How many ePrescribe licenses do we need for our prescribers, and is the $45 monthly?
10. Which charting features does "Powerful forms and charting" cover in our plan, and do we still need the Forms add-on?
11. What does the Boulevard Duo reader cost? Boulevard's FAQ says you need to buy it to process payments.
12. If we cancel, how do we export client records, forms and history, and in what format?

Ask for the quote to list every line item with its billing unit (per location, per prescriber, per text). That makes it comparable with other vendors line by line.

Boulevard alternatives for med spas

Boulevard has real strengths. It publishes its three core plans; Zenoti, for comparison, is quote-only. Premier and Prestige include unlimited professionals, which suits growing teams. Even a competitor's guide says "Boulevard booking is the platform's most consistently praised feature" and cites "responsive customer support" across reviews (Pabau, October 2026). Boulevard's medspa page also lists online booking, digital intake forms, galleries, ePrescribe, an AI receptionist, memberships, payments, marketing and reporting in one system.

The most common pricing complaint is scaling: a reviewer quoted by Pabau from Software Advice wrote that "having to pay full price for each additional location makes it difficult to scale affordably." If that matches your plans, compare per-location and per-user models below.

Sources: Boulevard as listed on 2026-10-24; Mangomint and Aesthetic Record as listed on 2026-10-20; Zenoti listed as custom pricing (March 2026).

  • Mangomint fits small teams. At $120 per location plus $10 per user, a team of 6 is $180 a month as listed on 2026-10-20. Note that every profile counts as a user, including front desk staff, per its pricing FAQ.
  • Aesthetic Record fits injector-led practices where charting comes first, with per-user plans from $15 a month and a $399 startup fee as listed on 2026-10-20 (pricing).
  • Zenoti fits larger multi-location groups that want a custom contract; pricing is quote-only.
  • Boulevard remains the better choice if client-facing booking experience is your priority and you want booking, forms, payments and memberships in one system.

Where Palyri fits. Palyri is not a Boulevard replacement. It is a CRM and lead pipeline for aesthetic clinics: leads from Meta lead ads land in the CRM, the team follows up, and the lead moves to a booked visit, with the outcome tracked and sent back to Meta as a "Schedule" event. It has no own booking engine (it embeds a third-party booking widget), no EMR or charting and no payments. A med spa can run Boulevard for booking and checkout and use Palyri for the step before the booking. See CRM for aesthetic clinics for how the pipeline works, and read how to manage leads from Meta ads and speed to lead for med spas for the follow-up side.

For a broader view across vendors, our best med spa software compared guide covers more platforms side by side, and online booking for aesthetic clinics explains what to look for in the booking layer itself.

FAQ

Does Boulevard have a free plan or free trial?

No free plan is listed. The price tracker PricingSaaS notes that "Boulevard does not list a free tier", and the pricing page shows no trial button. The usual path is a demo with the sales team, after which you get a quote. The cheapest published entry point for med spas is Aesthetics Essentials at $179 a month billed annually, pricing as listed on 2026-10-24.

Does Boulevard charge per location?

Yes. With Med Spa selected, Aesthetics Premier is "$328*/mo per location" and Aesthetics Prestige "$374*/mo per location" on the pricing page, and Aesthetics Essentials is limited to one single location. Forms ($65 and up) and QuickBooks ($45) are also billed per location, while ePrescribe is billed per prescriber. In practice, a second site roughly doubles the subscription and the per-location add-ons. In the worked example above, Aesthetics Premier promo for two locations with one prescriber comes to $791 a month. If you plan to expand, ask whether Boulevard offers multi-location pricing or whether that requires the Enterprise plan.

What are Boulevard's credit card processing fees?

Boulevard does not publish its standard card rates. Its pricing page says rates are volume-based and asks you to bring a current processing statement, so the rate is negotiated. The one published program is Boulevard Offset: clients pay a 3% fee on credit card transactions and the practice pays 1%. Third-party guides report about 2.65% + 15¢ in person and 3.65% + 15¢ online (Pabau, October 2026), but those are not Boulevard's figures. Get your rates in writing and check state surcharge rules before using Offset.

Is there a Boulevard setup or onboarding fee?

Boulevard does not publish one. Neither the pricing page nor the medspa page lists an onboarding, setup or data import fee. Third-party reviews report a one-time onboarding fee of about $495 and data import from about $295 to $895, according to a guide by Pabau, a competitor, in October 2026. Treat these as figures to confirm, not as Boulevard prices. Ask the sales team to put onboarding, import and any hardware such as card readers on the quote as separate lines.

Is Boulevard worth it for a small med spa?

It depends on team size and how much you value the booking experience. With three or fewer bookable providers at one location, Aesthetics Essentials at $179 a month is a reasonable entry point, and it lists forms and charting; ePrescribe adds $45 per prescriber. With four or more providers you move to Aesthetics Premier, and the worked example lands between $418 and $500 a month. Small teams with few users may pay less with a per-user model such as Mangomint. If your main gap is turning ad leads into booked visits rather than booking itself, compare a lead-pipeline CRM with the ROI calculator first.
