Mangomint pricing, as listed on 2026-10-26, is $120 per month per location plus $10 per month per user, with three optional add-ons: Phone ($70 per line), Marketing (from $30) and Payroll ($50 plus $8 per worker), per Mangomint's pricing page. A solo provider pays $130 a month, and a single-location med spa with 6 staff logins pays $180 before add-ons and card processing.
The old Essentials, Standard and Unlimited tiers ($165, $245 and $375 a month) ended on August 1, 2026, according to Mangomint's own price change notice. Several third-party listings still showed the retired tiers when checked on 2026-10-26, which is why quotes you find online disagree.
This guide covers the per-user rules, the old-versus-new break-even points, the add-ons, three worked cost scenarios, card processing and where Mangomint fits a med spa. If you are still choosing between platforms, start with our breakdown that compares Mangomint with Zenoti, Boulevard and Aesthetic Record. This post only answers what Mangomint costs.
How much does Mangomint cost in 2026?
Mangomint has one plan. The pricing page states: "Monthly price is $120 per location and $10 per user" (Mangomint pricing, as listed on 2026-10-26). The August 2026 change notice confirms the solo case: "If you are a solo provider, you would pay $130/mo ($120 + $10), excluding any add-ons."
The user count drives most of the bill, so the counting rules matter more than the headline price. Mangomint spells them out:
- Everyone with a profile counts. "Anyone with a profile in Mangomint counts as a user. This includes any staff, like service providers and front desk employees" (pricing FAQ).
- Booth renters count. The same FAQ says "any booth renter using your Mangomint account counts as a user."
- Archived staff are free. Per-user billing excludes "deactivated and archived users" (price change notice).
- Multi-location staff count once. "Each user is only counted once, even if they're assigned to multiple locations" (same page).
In practice: list every person who logs in, including the front desk, the manager and any renter, then archive former staff before your next bill. Example: a 2-location med spa with an injector who works both sites pays $10 for that injector, not $20.
What Mangomint pricing looked like before August 2026 (and why listings disagree)
Until August 1, 2026, Mangomint sold three plans. Mangomint describes them as "Essentials, Standard, and Unlimited. Each came with its own set of features, limits on the number of service providers, and different pricing for additional locations" (price change notice).
Toolradar's Mangomint listing, marked "Verified Oct 2026", still showed those tiers when checked on 2026-10-26: Essentials $165 a month for 2 to 10 service providers, Standard $245 a month for up to 20 service providers, and Unlimited $375 a month. Those are the old prices, not what a new account pays today.
Several features moved into the base plan in the change, per Mangomint's notice:
- "Forms & Charting is now included for free and available to every customer."
- Web Chat, previously part of the Connect add-on, is now included.
- "All previously paid integration add-ons (Shopify, Webhooks, etc.) are now free."
- Connect became Phone, and the price moved "from $75/mo (+ $25/mo for additional locations) to $70/mo per line."
Express Booking, Virtual Waiting Room and Memberships, which Toolradar lists under the old Standard tier, now appear in the single plan's feature list on the pricing page.
Our calculation, single location, base plan only:
- The new plan costs less than old Essentials up to 4 users: $120 + 4 x $10 = $160, versus $165. At 5 users it costs $170, more than Essentials.
- Against old Standard ($245), 12 users cost $240 and 13 users cost $250.
- Against old Unlimited ($375), 25 users cost $370 and 26 users cost $380.
One caveat: the old tiers capped service providers, while the new plan bills every login, including the front desk. The headcounts are not like-for-like. Example: a med spa with 5 providers and 2 front desk staff counts as 7 users today, so it pays $120 + 7 x $10 = $190.
Existing customers whose bill would have gone up kept their previous price, with credit for extra users, per Mangomint's price change notice.
Mangomint add-ons: Phone, Marketing and Payroll costs
Mangomint's change notice says three add-ons exist, "phone, marketing, and payroll. Everything else is included" (source). Here is what each costs as listed on 2026-10-26.
| Add-on | Price (as listed on 2026-10-26) | What it covers | Note |
|---|---|---|---|
| Phone | $70/mo per line | "Unlimited calls and texts" | Two-way texting with clients needs this add-on. Automated confirmations and reminders are included without it. Rates apply for outbound international calls. |
| Marketing, 3,500 credits | $30/mo | Marketing emails and text messages, measured in credits | Entry tier |
| Marketing, 6,000 credits | $50/mo | Same | Credits per message type are not listed on the pricing page |
| Marketing, 15,000 credits | $100/mo | Same | |
| Marketing, 35,000 credits | $200/mo | Same | |
| Marketing, 60,000 credits | $300/mo | Same | Top listed tier |
| Payroll | $50/mo per payroll account + $8/mo per worker | "Full-service payroll processing" | Optional if you already run payroll elsewhere |

The Phone distinction matters for a med spa front desk. Mangomint states: "Automated text messages, such as appointment confirmations and reminders, are always included. Text messaging (two-way, back-and-forth conversations with clients) is available with the Phone add-on." If your front desk texts clients to reschedule or answer questions, budget $70 per line.
For Marketing, pick the tier by how many emails and texts you send per month. Mangomint does not publish a credits-per-message table on the pricing page, so check the exact conversion inside a trial account before choosing a tier.
What a med spa really pays for Mangomint (worked examples)
The three scenarios below are illustrations with stated assumptions, not real businesses. All prices are Mangomint's list prices as of 2026-10-26, before card processing and taxes.
Example: solo injector. 1 location, 1 user, no add-ons. $120 + $10 = $130 a month ($1,560 a year).
Example: single-location med spa. 1 location, 6 users (2 injectors, 2 aestheticians, 1 front desk, 1 manager), 1 Phone line, Marketing at 6,000 credits.
- Base: $120 + 6 x $10 = $180
- Phone: $70
- Marketing: $50
- Total: $300 a month, $3,600 a year
Example: two-location med spa. 2 locations, 14 users, 2 Phone lines, Marketing at 15,000 credits, payroll for 14 workers.
- Base: 2 x $120 + 14 x $10 = $240 + $140 = $380
- Phone: 2 x $70 = $140
- Marketing: $100
- Payroll: $50 + 14 x $8 = $50 + $112 = $162
- Total: $782 a month, $9,384 a year
2. Count locations (x $120). Staff shared across locations count once.
3. Decide Phone lines: one per location that texts clients two-way (x $70).
4. Estimate monthly marketing emails and texts, then pick a credit tier ($30 to $300).
5. Payroll: $50 per payroll account + $8 per worker, or $0 if you keep your current provider.
6. Card fees: in-person volume x 2.45% plus 15¢ per transaction; virtual volume x 2.90% plus 30¢ per transaction.
7. Archive former staff before each bill, since archived users are not counted.
To compare any subscription with what a booked client is worth to you, run your numbers through the lead ROI calculator.
Mangomint processing fees: often more than the subscription
If you run payments through Mangomint, card processing will usually cost more each month than the software. The pricing page lists, as of 2026-10-26:
- In-person payments: 2.45% + 15¢ per successful transaction
- Virtual payments: 2.90% + 30¢ per successful transaction
- "Large businesses may qualify for custom rates"
Example: a med spa processes $60,000 a month in card-present payments at an assumed $400 average ticket.
- Transactions: $60,000 / $400 = 150
- Percentage fee: 2.45% x $60,000 = $1,470
- Per-transaction fee: 150 x $0.15 = $22.50
- Total: $1,492.50 a month, an effective 2.49%
That is about 5 times the $300 subscription in the single-location example above. If the same $60,000 were all virtual payments, the fee would be 2.90% x $60,000 + 150 x $0.30 = $1,740 + $45 = $1,785.
You can keep your own processor, but with limits. Mangomint's FAQ says: "You can use your own credit card processor instead of (or in addition to) Mangomint's payment processing. However, you'll need Mangomint's payment processing to use many of our advanced features, Express Booking™, self checkout, cards-on-file, and deposits" (source). For a med spa that takes deposits on injectable or laser consults, that effectively means running payments through Mangomint. Compare your current processor's effective rate against 2.45% + 15¢ before you decide.
What's included in Mangomint pricing at no extra cost
Mangomint's single plan includes more than the price suggests, and these are real strengths for a growing med spa. As listed on the pricing page on 2026-10-26:
- "Free onboarding", "Free data transfer" and "No contracts". The FAQ adds that you are "free to cancel any time, and you can take all your data with you."
- "All teams of 2+ providers receive a dedicated onboarding specialist." Mangomint says many businesses are "up-and-running in as little as two weeks" (Mangomint's own claim).
- No booking fee: "Does Mangomint take a fee for appointments booked in the platform? Nope. Never."
- "Unlimited text and email appointment confirmations and reminders are included at no additional cost."
- Support from "highly-trained experts in the U.S."
- A free trial account.
The included feature list covers calendar and scheduling, payments and point of sale, online booking, Express Booking, Virtual Waiting Room, mobile apps, client management, Web Chat, memberships and packages, forms and charting, offers and discounts, gift cards, retail and inventory, staff management, reporting, multi-location and integrations. If you plan a recurring revenue model, see our guide on pricing a membership program before you set it up in any system.
Public reviews are another input. Mangomint has profiles on G2 and Capterra; read recent reviews from med spas specifically, and note that some third-party profiles may still quote the retired tiers.
Is Mangomint a good fit for your med spa? Mangomint vs Palyri side by side
Mangomint fits a med spa that wants booking, point of sale, memberships, forms and reminders in one system, and is willing to run card payments through Mangomint to unlock deposits, cards on file and Express Booking.
It fits less well when:
- Your headcount is large relative to revenue. Every login is $10 a month, including front desk staff and booth renters.
- You want to keep your own processor and still need deposits or cards on file, which require Mangomint Payments per its FAQ.
- Your main problem is not scheduling but ad leads that never book. That is a lead-management job: tracking Meta ad leads before they book and fixing speed to lead happen before a client ever reaches a booking calendar.
That last case is where Palyri sits. Palyri is a CRM and lead pipeline for aesthetic practices: Meta lead ads flow into a pipeline, the team follows up, and booked visits and their outcomes are tracked. It is not a booking engine (it can embed a third-party booking widget), not a payments or POS system, and not an EMR. A med spa using Palyri would still need a booking and payments platform such as Mangomint. Palyri does not list a Mangomint integration. See Palyri pricing and how it works as a CRM for aesthetic clinics.
| Criterion | Mangomint (as listed on 2026-10-26) | Palyri |
|---|---|---|
| Primary job | Booking, point of sale and business management for salons, spas and med spas | CRM and lead pipeline: Meta lead ads to follow-up to booked visit |
| Price | $120/location + $10/user per month, optional add-ons | Listed on the Palyri pricing page |
| Online booking | Included, plus Express Booking | No own booking engine; embeds a third-party booking widget |
| Payments and POS | Included; 2.45% + 15¢ in person, 2.90% + 30¢ virtual | No |
| Memberships and packages | Included | No membership billing; vouchers and coupons with SMS sequences |
| Marketing campaigns | Marketing add-on, credits from $30/mo | Automated follow-up and reactivation SMS sequences, quiz funnels |
| Meta lead ads intake and pipeline | Not listed on the pricing page as of 2026-10-26 | Yes |
| Meta Conversions API "Schedule" event for booked visits | Not listed on the pricing page as of 2026-10-26 | Yes |
| Visit outcome tracking with objections | Not listed on the pricing page as of 2026-10-26 | Yes, visit outcome form |
| Forms and charting | Included | No, not an EMR |
| Contracts and setup | No contracts, free onboarding and data transfer | Not covered here |
| Two-way client texting | Phone add-on, $70/line | SMS follow-up sequences |

FAQ
Does Mangomint have a free trial?
Yes. Mangomint's pricing FAQ states: "Yes. You can create a free trial account to try Mangomint" (source, as listed on 2026-10-26). Use the trial to check the things the pricing page does not spell out, such as how many marketing credits a text or an email uses, and how your booking and deposit flow looks for a client. After the trial, the plan starts at $130 a month for a solo provider ($120 per location plus $10 per user), with no setup fee and no contract.
Who counts as a user in Mangomint pricing?
Anyone with a profile counts, at $10 a month each. Mangomint's FAQ says this "includes any staff, like service providers and front desk employees", and "any booth renter using your Mangomint account counts as a user" (pricing page). Two rules work in your favor: "deactivated and archived users are not counted", and "each user is only counted once, even if they're assigned to multiple locations" (Pricing Changes, August 2026). So a 1-location med spa with 4 providers, 1 front desk and 1 manager pays for 6 users, or $180 a month before add-ons.
Does Mangomint charge setup fees or require a contract?
No on both, as listed on 2026-10-26. The pricing page lists "Free onboarding", "Free data transfer" and "No contracts", and the FAQ says: "We don't do contracts or have hidden fees. Because we don't lock you into a contract, you're free to cancel any time, and you can take all your data with you." Teams with 2 or more providers get a dedicated onboarding specialist. Your real fixed cost is the monthly plan, starting at $130 for one location and one user, plus any add-ons such as Phone at $70 per line.
What are Mangomint's credit card processing fees?
As listed on 2026-10-26, Mangomint charges 2.45% + 15¢ per successful in-person transaction and 2.90% + 30¢ per successful virtual transaction, and "large businesses may qualify for custom rates" (pricing page). You can use your own processor instead of or alongside Mangomint's, but Express Booking, self checkout, cards on file and deposits require Mangomint's payment processing. In our worked example, $60,000 a month in card-present sales costs $1,492.50 in fees, about 5 times a $300 subscription.
Did existing Mangomint customers pay more after August 2026?
Not if the new formula would have raised their bill. Mangomint states: "We grandfathered all existing customers for whom the price would have increased on their previous level," and "If your new pricing came out higher than what you were previously paying, the price for your new plan did not change. We gave you credit for extra users to match your previous price" (Pricing Changes, August 2026). New customers since August 1, 2026 pay $120 per location plus $10 per user. Old Essentials was $165 a month per Toolradar's listing, so very small teams of up to 4 users pay less under the new plan.
Is Mangomint cheaper than Boulevard?
It depends on headcount and billing terms, so compare your own numbers rather than headline prices. A single-location Mangomint account with 6 users costs $180 a month before add-ons, as listed on 2026-10-26. Boulevard publishes its own tiers on its pricing page, and our upcoming Boulevard pricing guide will break them down. Add each platform's add-ons and card processing before deciding, since processing usually costs more than either subscription, and see our med spa software comparison for features.
