Zenoti does not publish its prices: as of November 5, 2026, every plan on its pricing page ends in a Get a Quote button, so what a med spa pays depends on a custom quote. Zenoti pricing is quote-only because the bill is built from your locations, your plan, your add-ons and your text and voice usage.
That second sentence is our reading of the page, not a statement from Zenoti. This guide separates what Zenoti says from what other sites repeat, shows which lines of a bill stay open until you have a quote, and ends with a 12-question worksheet you can send to any sales rep. You will not find a Zenoti dollar figure presented as fact here, because no verified one exists.
Does Zenoti publish its pricing?
No. As listed on November 5, 2026, the Zenoti pricing page shows no price for any plan. It has tabs for Salon & Spa, Medspa, Fitness and Barbershop, plan blocks named Zenoti OS and Your AI Workforce, and a Get a Quote button on each plan. The plan block is called Your AI Workforce, while the FAQ refers to an AI Plus package; the page does not say how the two relate, so ask.
Zenoti confirms the approach in two places. The pricing page says "Multi-location pricing is customized based on your footprint and needs." Its Zenoti vs Boulevard page, updated October 9, 2026, says "Zenoti quotes each business, so ask for a quote in your demo and include every tool you pay for today when you compare."
The page is still useful once you read it as a list of billing lines rather than a price list. It tells you what exists and how each item is charged. It leaves out the amounts, and we found no contract term, cancellation term or processing rate on the public Zenoti pages we checked.
How much does Zenoti cost per month for a med spa?
There is no verified monthly figure for a med spa, and anyone who gives you one without a quote in hand is repeating an estimate. Your number comes from Zenoti, for your footprint, in writing.
Estimates do circulate on third-party sites, including rivals' pricing guides. We do not repeat them here, because none traces back to a price Zenoti has stated on the pages we checked.
Review platforms list Zenoti too: G2 and Capterra pricing pages and a Software Advice profile. Those pages blocked our check on November 5, 2026, so nothing from them is printed here. If you see a starting figure there, treat it as a listing Zenoti has not confirmed on its own pricing page.
Here is who says what, graded by how much weight each claim can carry.
| Claim | Who says it | Source type | Confirmed by Zenoti? | Weight |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Each business gets a custom quote | Zenoti vs Boulevard page | Vendor, primary | Yes | High |
| Voice, SMS and messaging usage billed on consumption | Zenoti pricing page | Vendor, primary | Yes | High |
| "Most customers eliminate 8-12 separate subscriptions" | Zenoti pricing page | Vendor marketing | Zenoti's own claim | Test it against your own bills |
| Monthly ranges, add-on prices and setup fees | Third-party blogs and rivals' pricing guides | Secondary, often competing vendors | No | Do not budget on it |
| Any figure on a review platform listing | G2, Capterra, Software Advice | Review platform listing | Not on Zenoti's pricing page | Check the live listing, then confirm in your quote |
Only the top rows come from Zenoti, and the first is the one that matters: the number comes from your own quote.
Why is Zenoti pricing quote-only?
Zenoti gives one documented reason: multi-location pricing depends on "your footprint and needs." It offers no other explanation, so we will not add a motive. What the page does document is four inputs that change the bill.
- Footprint. How many locations you run, and what each needs.
- Plan. Zenoti OS, Your AI Workforce and the AI Plus package named in the FAQ.
- Add-ons. Zenoti says "all of our plans support add-ons."
- Usage. Voice, SMS and messaging volume, billed on consumption.
The trade-off is plain. A quote can flex for a brand with many locations, and Zenoti says it serves everything "from single locations to enterprise franchises." The cost falls on the buyer, who cannot compare options on a screen before a sales conversation.
What adds to a Zenoti bill: usage, add-ons and AI Plus?
Three lines sit outside the base subscription or depend on it, and each deserves its own row in your quote.
Usage. Zenoti's page says: "Your Zenoti subscription includes access to our voice, SMS, and messaging tools. Usage is billed based on consumption with optional base packs." So access is included and volume is not. A med spa that sends reminders and follow-up texts to every client should ask for rates and pack sizes before anything else, because this line moves every month.
AI Plus. The FAQ says "You must be on our AI Plus package" to use Zenoti's AI agents. The named agents include AI Receptionist, AI Lead Manager and AI Digital Marketer. AI Plus plans also come with a dedicated Customer Success Manager and priority assistance backed by SLAs (service-level commitments), so ask what the step up costs and which agents you would use.
Paid add-ons. Zenoti describes AI Scribe as "a paid add-on" that drafts structured clinical notes for the provider to review and sign. Ask for every add-on by name, since the page does not list them with prices.
The four included lines, per the pricing page, are onboarding support, training resources, Zenoti University and 24/7 global support. The three open lines are usage, add-ons and AI Plus.
Migration sits between the two. Zenoti says it "offers white-glove migration support" for client data, appointment history and memberships, but the page does not say whether a fee applies, so ask. On timing, it says "most customers can be up and running in days to weeks."
Zenoti vs Boulevard and Mangomint pricing: how to compare a quote
You cannot rank Zenoti against rivals on price from public data. You can use the rivals' published prices as a benchmark for your quote, which is what the table below is for. Boulevard figures are as listed October 24, 2026 and were not rechecked for this article; Mangomint's were rechecked on November 5, 2026. Confirm both on each vendor's page, because promotions can end.
| Criterion | Zenoti | Boulevard | Mangomint |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price published? | No, quote only (November 5, 2026) | Yes (pricing page, as listed October 24, 2026) | Yes (pricing page, as listed November 5, 2026) |
| Pricing unit | Custom quote | Essentials: one location only; Premier and Prestige: per location per month, billed annually | Per location plus per user, monthly |
| Entry price for a med spa | Not published | Aesthetics Essentials $179 (single location only, up to 3 bookable professionals) | $120 per location plus $10 per user |
| Higher tiers | Not published | Premier $328 and Prestige $374 as a fall promo for new customers; regular $410 and $468 | None listed: one per-location plus per-user price |
| Enterprise | Quote only | Quote only | No enterprise plan listed |
| Messaging | Billed on consumption, optional base packs | 250 free texts on Essentials and Premier, per our Boulevard guide (October 24, 2026) | Phone add-on $70 a month per line, calls and texting (as listed November 5, 2026) |
| AI features | AI agents need AI Plus; AI Scribe is a paid add-on | Ask, not verified here | Ask, not verified here |
| Add-ons | Available on all plans, no prices on the pricing page | Forms, QuickBooks and ePrescribe sold as add-ons, per Zenoti | See our Mangomint guide |
| Setup and migration | Migration support offered; ask about fees | Ask, not verified here | Ask, not verified here |
| G2 rating | 4.5/5, 314 reviews | 4.5/5, 124 reviews | Not checked |
G2 scores are as Zenoti reported them on September 30, 2026. For the detail behind each rival, see our guides to Boulevard pricing for med spas and Mangomint pricing and add-ons, plus the wider best med spa software compared. UK readers can use our Pabau pricing guide, which is written for UK aesthetics clinics.
Example (assumptions: one location, published prices above, before add-ons and processing; 6 users = every staff profile, front desk included, of whom no more than 3 are bookable):
- Mangomint: $120 + (6 x $10) = $180 a month, or $2,160 a year.
- Boulevard Aesthetics Essentials: $179 x 12 = $2,148 a year.
Boulevard Essentials allows up to 3 bookable professionals. With more, the next plan is Aesthetics Premier: $328 x 12 = $3,936 a year on the fall promo, or $410 x 12 = $4,920 at the regular rate (as listed October 24, 2026).
These totals are the published starting points your Zenoti quote can be measured against. They are not Zenoti's price, and a like-for-like test needs the same add-ons and message volume on every side.
Zenoti quote worksheet: 12 questions to get answered in writing
Copy this table into an email to your Zenoti rep and to any rival you are testing. An answer given only on a call does not count, because none of this is on the pricing page.
| # | Ask this | Why it matters | Written answer |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Which plan is this quote for: Zenoti OS, Your AI Workforce or AI Plus, and how do they relate? | Sets what the AI agents and support level cover | ____ |
| 2 | What is the fee per location, per month? | Your base line | ____ |
| 3 | Are there per-user or per-provider limits or fees? | Hiring can change the bill | ____ |
| 4 | What are the one-time setup and migration fees, if any? | Migration support is offered; the fee is not stated | ____ |
| 5 | What are the SMS and voice rates, and how big is each base pack? | Usage is billed on consumption | ____ |
| 6 | What happens when we go over a base pack? | Busy months should not bring surprises | ____ |
| 7 | Which add-ons are in this quote, by name and price? | Add-ons exist on all plans; the pricing page lists no prices | ____ |
| 8 | What does AI Plus cost, and which agents does it include? | AI agents require it | ____ |
| 9 | What is the payment processing rate, and is Zenoti processing required? | Not on the pricing page; it belongs in your year-one total | ____ |
| 10 | What is the contract term, and does it auto-renew? | Not on the pricing page | ____ |
| 11 | How do we cancel, and how do we export our client data? | Your exit cost | ____ |
| 12 | What will the price be at renewal? | Year two is part of the decision | ____ |
Once the answers are in, one formula turns them into a number you can compare:
Year-one cost = (monthly fees x 12) + one-time fees + (monthly usage x 12) + processing, minus tools you actually cancel.
Zenoti says most customers eliminate 8-12 separate subscriptions. Treat that as a claim to test: list your current tools and count only the ones you would really switch off on day one.
Example (assumed tool bills, not real prices): a med spa cancels a texting tool at $100 a month, a forms tool at $150 and a reminders tool at $200. That is $450 a month, or $5,400 a year, to subtract from the year-one cost above.
Then test the net figure against revenue. Our lead ROI calculator estimates the extra revenue better lead follow-up could bring and nets out a monthly CRM cost you enter.
Who Zenoti is worth a quote for, and when Palyri fits instead
Zenoti has real strengths for a med spa. Zenoti describes its OS plan as every workflow from booking to payroll in one system, and it says it is trusted by 30,000+ businesses across 50+ countries. Its comparison page says charts capture "product, units per injection zone, lot number and expiry," a level of detail injectors will want to see in a live walkthrough.
Scores as shown on Zenoti's comparison page, which dates them September 30, 2026.
Get a quote if you want one platform across several locations, or plan to grow into that. Zenoti says "single-location salons and medspas use it, and so do brands with hundreds of locations," so size alone does not rule you out.
Skip the quote if you need a price before any sales call. Boulevard and Mangomint publish theirs, and that alone may settle it for a budget-first owner.
If your actual gap is what happens to ad leads before they book, see how a CRM for aesthetic clinics handles that step and check Palyri pricing on its own terms. We make no price comparison with Zenoti, because there is no public Zenoti price to compare.
FAQ
How much does Zenoti cost per month?
Zenoti does not publish a monthly price. As of November 5, 2026, its pricing page shows no price for any plan, and every plan ends in a Get a Quote button. The monthly cost depends on your locations, your plan, your add-ons and your text and voice usage. Estimates on third-party sites are not confirmed by Zenoti. Get every line in writing, then compare total year-one cost against the options in our med spa software comparison.
Does Zenoti charge extra for SMS and phone usage?
Yes, usage is billed separately from access. Zenoti's pricing page says the subscription "includes access to our voice, SMS, and messaging tools" and that "usage is billed based on consumption with optional base packs." The page lists no rates or pack sizes as of November 5, 2026. Before signing, ask for the per-message and per-minute rates, the size of each base pack and what happens above it. Then multiply your real monthly volume by 12, so this line is in your year-one total, and run the same test on Mangomint's add-ons.
Is Zenoti pricing negotiable?
Zenoti publishes no discount policy, so there is no public answer as of November 5, 2026. Because each business receives a custom quote, the practical move is to ask directly and compare the result to published rival prices. One worked benchmark is Boulevard's Aesthetics Essentials at $179 a month for one location, billed annually, as listed on October 24, 2026. Ask whether any discount applies at renewal, or only in year one, and get that answer in writing alongside the contract term.
Is Zenoti more expensive than Boulevard?
Public data cannot answer that, because Zenoti publishes no price. Boulevard listed Aesthetics Essentials at $179 a month for one location, billed annually, on October 24, 2026, with Enterprise as quote-only, per our Boulevard pricing guide. Zenoti itself says Boulevard publishes its plans and that Zenoti quotes each business. The only fair test is a Zenoti quote priced against the same locations, add-ons and message volume, with tools you would cancel counted on both sides.
What is included in Zenoti onboarding?
Zenoti's pricing page says every subscription includes onboarding support, training resources and access to Zenoti University, and every customer gets 24/7 global support. AI Plus plans add a dedicated Customer Success Manager. Zenoti also offers migration support for client data, appointment history and memberships, though the page does not say whether a fee applies. It says timelines vary and most customers are running in days to weeks. As of November 5, 2026, ask for any setup fee in writing, then see how it stacks up in our med spa software comparison.
